What's the COP23?

The COP23 is the 23rd UN Climate Change conference where members agree on how to stabilize greenhouse gas emissions to minimize climate change.

It takes place in Bonn, Germany from 6-17 November 2017.

On November 6th, 11.55 a.m. we want to meditate worldwide.

Meditation is not about siting on your pillow, doing nothing and waiting for the best.

For us meditation is a journey to an inner transformation that leads to an outer transformation.

The COP23 meditation is about taking a moment to jointly contemplate on issues of...

- personal
- community
- and global concerns

...in order to help raise awareness on the significance of making the COP23 a success.

What you can do...

If you want to be part of this, this is what you can do:

1. Get the meditation

Download the meditation guide by Dr. Zoe Lüthi . It's a form of meditation that is accessible to everyone, no matter if you are an experienced meditator or not. It is a meditation without rituals or religous mantras.

2. Join a Group

No matter if you are in the office, in class, or with your friends, gather a group of people and meditate together. To find out about local groups, check here.

3. Meditate for five minutes.
